OUR MISSION
Dana has been the President and CEO of MacTicity Consulting Inc. since 2012. Dana started her career in the Royal Canadian Navy where she served for fourteen years and held the rank of Lieutenant Commander upon the completion of her service. Subsequently, she spent thirteen years on the Human Resources Executive Team at Bombardier Aerospace, holding various senior HR positions and leading the Global Organizational and Leadership Development Team. Dana holds a Bachelors of Social Work from McGill University, a Masters in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, and professional certifications in Hogan Assessment, MBTI, and Systemic Team Coaching. When Dana isn’t spearheading MacTicity Consulting she enjoys sharing her passion for empowering others through public speaking. She has been a guest speaker at several events where she has presented discussions on Culture Transformation, Talent Management, Coaching, and Human Resources Transformation and Metrics.
