MacTicity provides interventions designed to yield successful outcomes through our holistic understanding of systems and outcomes. We support our clients success in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations by ensuring communication, leadership styles and decision-making processes align with organizational goals.
TALENT MANAGEMENT
We have extensive experience designing and implementing comprehensive succession planning, including identifying potential leaders and providing strategies to develop future leaders in an organization. MacTicity shapes our talent management programs prioritizing both individual and organizational outcomes. Some of our most popular programs include our Talent Acceleration Program, Emerging Leader Program, and our Women In Leadership Program.
COACHING
MacTicity’s coaching programs are primarily focused on the director and c-suite level. Our approach is pragmatic and results oriented while providing an encouraging and supportive environment. Coaching mandates include preparation for succession into senior or executive roles, accelerated competency development or performance improvement.

COACHING THROUGH CONFLICT
We’re proud to offer a new, unique type of coaching to individuals experiencing conflict. A coaching approach is used to engage the individuals in a process, together with the coach that will help them explore their conflict and provide them with the tools needed to overcome their issues to ensure that they are able to continue to work in a healthy and productive environment.
